Recreational
Vehicles, Trailers, Mobile Homes,
Campers, Boats, and other Water Craft
The minimum acceptable standards for recreational vehicles, trailers, mobile homes, campers, boats, and other water craft are as follows:
Recreational vehicles, trailers, mobile homes, campers, boats, or other water craft shall be parked only in enclosed garages or areas, if any, designated by the Board;
Stored recreational vehicles, trailers, mobile homes, campers, boats, or other water craft shall not be permitted on the properties except within closed garages;
Recreational vehicles, trailers, mobile homes, campers, boats, or other water craft may not be brought on the property for the purpose of maintenance, stocking or cleaning of vehicle or water craft, not to exceed a twenty four (24) hour period;
The assembly or disassembly of recreational vehicles, trailers, mobile homes, campers, boats, or other water craft shall not be pursued or undertaken on any portion of the property.
THIS SET OF MINIMUM ACCEPTABLE CONSTRUCTION STANDARDS IS PROMULGATED UNDER THE AUTHORITY OF THE DECLARATION OF PROTECTIVE COVENANTS FOR ELDRIDGE PARK.
