Security Lights

The minimum acceptable construction standards for installation of security lights are as  follows:

  1. Mercury vapor or Sodium vapor or metal halide liquids are not acceptable.

  2. The only acceptable lights are restricted to lumens.

  3. Flood lights are acceptable up to 100 watts.

  4. No light may be mounted on front of house or front half of either side of house.

Under no condition shall light be a nuisance to adjoining residents.

THIS SET OF MINIMUM ACCEPTABLE CONSTRUCTION STANDARDS IS PROMULGATED UNDER THE AUTHORITY OF THE DECLARATION OF PROTECTIVE COVENANTS FOR ELDRIDGE PARK.
