Solar Panels

The minimum acceptable construction standards for the placement of solar panels within Eldridge Park are as follows:

  1. All solar panels shall be recess mounted (flush) into the roof structure with no visible piping.

  2. The color of solar panels shall be black to match the existing roof.

  3. Solar panels shall be commercially manufactured.

  4. Solar panels shall be well maintained.

  5. As per the Protective Covenants for Eldridge Park, all solar panels must be approved by the Architectural Control  Committee prior to installation.

All Solar panels should not be visible from the front elevation of house.

THIS SET OF MINIMUM ACCEPTABLE CONSTRUCTION STANDARDS IS PROMULGATED UNDER THE AUTHORITY OF THE DECLARATION OF PROTECTIVE COVENANTS FOR ELDRIDGE PARK.
