Weather Vanes

The minimum acceptable construction standards for installation of weather vanes are as follows:

  1. Weather vanes cannot be plastic.

  2. Weather vanes cannot be painted.

  3. Weather vanes must be metal, preferably metal that will patina.

  4. Allowed on detached garages only.

THIS SET OF MINIMUM ACCEPTABLE CONSTRUCTION STANDARDS IS PROMULGATED UNDER THE AUTHORITY OF THE DECLARATION OF PROTECTIVE COVENANTS FOR ELDRIDGE PARK.
