Answers:

  1. The subdivision management company issues Pool Cards to homeowners.

  2. We use Principal Management as the management company for the subdivision.  Our property manager is Kristine Thomason.  You can reach her at 713-329-7100, or e-mail her at k.thomason@pmghouston.com.

  3. See the Pool Hours under the Activities page.

  4. For swimming lessons, contact Sweetwater Pools at 281-988-8480.

  5. To advertise in the Trading Post, send an e-mail to tradingpost@eldridgepark.org.  Ads will stay posted for 3 months.  Please note, postings are limited to residents of Eldridge Park.

  6. Call Centerpoint Energy at 713 207-2222 and follow the menu prompts.  You can also go to  www.centerpointenergy.com/outage/.  Please have the six-digit number that can be read from the light pole.

  7. Send an email to Principal Management.   Kristine Thomason's email is k.thomason@pmghouston.com.

  8. The garbage pickup is provided through a contract that the MUD district has with Texas Environmental Waste Services, LLC/WCA Waste Corporation of America. You can contact the WCA office at 281-368-8397. 

  9. The ACC application is available here, or you can contact Kristine Thomason at Principal Management (see #2 above) and they will be happy to mail you a copy.

  10. The distance around the walking track is 1900 feet.
